Hey Johnny, If this guys story is true , He should be able to pay for the divorce with the movie of the week deal he should be getting soon.

It sounds like a Seinfeld episode.

    Rock on Brother !

On the hard luck story... what is up with that guy ? It sounds so bad , I think it may be true. I am not sure his wife would make in NOLA though. I love that place, but you can get into a lot of trouble there.

I wasn't sure if you were a Replacements fan, if so Tommy Stinson has a website. www.tommystinson.com & his solo record coming out this month. I really like his stuff.

He says he is still in GNR & the record is coming out in Nov. I am interested in what it will sound like.
I heard yesrterday that the Velvet Revolver tour may be cancelled due to Scott Weiland's sentence of 6 months treatment for a DWI. I would like to see them if they make it out.

    Have a good weekend.

Oh hell yes, I loves me some Replacements. Good shit man.
This solo project by Tommy might be pretty good, I'll have to check this out more.

You know whats funny? I never did like G& R when they came out. Guess cuz of all the MTV BS and all the hype. But I like em now. Gritty rock & roll, I like that. His voice still kinda gets on my nerves a little bit but they rock hard so I let that slip most of the time.

I listend to some Velvet Revolver, Not that excited about them, maybe the'll grow on me.
I'm kinda diggin' the new stuff by Nikki six and Tracy Guns, There again, I could not stand, and still don't like ANY of there music from before, but the new stuff is gritty and good old Dirty rock & roll, so What else do you have for me?
Still diggin on that Hollisters CD.Thanks again for that.

I am glad you like that Hollisters cd. I have a Jason & the Scorchers that you may like. It is live in Germany from 1985. Let me know.

I don't own any GNR, it just reminds me of a bar we used to go to about every day when i was in college way back in 89.

I haven't heard any of the Brides of Destruction stuff. I really liked Motley Crue's 1st album. I though it had some punk qualities. Vince Neil semms kind of bloated compared to everyone else from the band.

Been listening to some UK subs lately.
